I’m fortunate to have been in charge of the construction of this certified Passive House built outside of West Grove, Pennsylvania.

Passive house certification ensures the most energy-efficient performance possible, through the use of high performance insulation and the elimination of thermal bridging.

In addition, a state-of-the-art HVAC system ensures that the air tight home breathes properly.
